Overlay map Travels upwards out of screen.

as stated my overlay map seems to be stuck traveling upwards of the screen. recenters when pressing tab,immediately travels upwards. toggling off auto centering map gets me my mini map back but doesnt allow me to view the overlay map since its probably off screen somewhere.

forgot to mention restarting the game does not fix this.
and it is present in different map instances.
