Infos and solution for the recent PoE2 PC freeze issues

Hi guys, like many of you I've not been able to play the game due to PC freezes at startup or during area loading. I have an RTX 3080, 7800x3D, game on an NVME SSD, Windows 11 24H2. So, the solution I've found and actually allowed me to play 3 hours straight smoothly was a mix of various fixes: using Vulkan, disabling Multithread (I can still run the game at over 80FPS) and limiting PoE2 CPU usage at 95% with BES. Nothing else. Windows 8 compatibility mode actually breaks the fix. Also, since I've created a Windows 10 partition just for this, I'm pretty sure the issue isn't caused by Windows 11 24H2, but it's mostly a Ryzen compatibility problem. On Windows 10, the game doesn't get past the 2 gears and instantly reboots the PC, even worse than what happens on Windows 11 24H2
