Scroll of Wisdom bug

Bug: Scroll of Wisdom will not identify an item, and gives the system notice:

"Failed to apply item: The operation could not be completed."

I can replicate this bug by doing a specific set of actions:

1) Open vendor interaction menu, in this case the NPC Una
2) Right click Scroll of Wisdom

Even after exiting the vendor menu, any unidentified items will not be able to be identified. This occurs whether or not I cancel the scroll while in the vendor menu.

I have replicated the bug multiple times. I have yet to exhaust options such as exiting/re-entering zone, logging out and back in, etc.

this is currently happening to me with all the currency items i've tried, tried relogging and no change

edit: going to another instance fixed it for me
