PoE 2 - Viscous Ichor Boon Bug

The Viscous Ichor boon that gives -15% monster action speed actually applies to the player instead. Got it before the first boss, noticed I was rolling extremely slowly and placing ripwire totem way slower before realising what happened, cost me the entry item. Playing Gemling Merc.
