Missing Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum

I am already beats the Chimeral but when I go to the chaos temple I found that Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum is missing.
It just disappear somehow. I can't find it in stash, bag, even then the map ground. Not found in chaos temple too.
Is there any way to get Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum again? like talk to npc or something like that.

If you fight the chimera in wetlands again does it drop another one?

I have tried but it doesn't drop.

I'm having the same issue. Managed to find another inscribed ultimatum later, but died and still don't have the quest one.

killed the chimera multiple times and it didn't drop

Same problem - I killed the Chimera, saw it drop, went to pick it up (with a full inventory) and instead of having it drop to the ground due to the full inventory, it just deleted it.

Add myself the list of people with this bug.

If I processed the moment correctly, after killing the boss, the item dropped, but when picking it up, it just disappeared instead of entering my inventory.
And of course killing the boss again isn't giving a new one.

For what it's worth I can enter the trial anyway, but joining a party with somebody else who does have the item and letting them start the trial.
I've yet to actually reach the end to see if it still lets me ascend or not.

I too have this problem. No Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum. Doesn't drop on repeated Chimera kills.

Same here. Tried to kill it again, doesn't drop.

I have the same problem! Didnt drop. I killed chimeira now 3 times. No Inscriebed Ultimatum. Sad
