Hotfix / Realm Restart - Ritual Issue

Killed the King of the Mists, and as his loot dropped the realm was restarted for a hotfix. Upon reloading into the zone, all rituals are complete (cannot restart them) and all of the loot is gone from the ground.

I was unable to spend the ritual points, or grab the boss loot due to this.
