Mana Tempest Not working Also Weird Gem Issue

Was using mana tempest then all of a sudden it wasn't able to be put in my skill bar. Restarted game then got this screenshot.

Might be a related bug. Tried to equip the Premeditation and Inspiration Support Gems. I couldn't equip Mana Tempest anymore with no tooltip explaining why. Each Gem works on its own but the combination of the two at the same time cause the bug.

Getting the exact same issue, all of a sudden mana tempest is saying info is currently unavailable and i can't select it on my hotbar. was working about 30 mins ago until i started to redo my passives. I do meet the requirements to equip the gem so idk what's going on.

Likewise, unable to slot cut any supports for Mana Tempest, they are all listed as 'This support can't be socketed into this skill', not a requirements issue, its every single support, including the recommended ones.
