Can't continue trial of the chaos after completing the room

I had to do a corrupted trial, and completed it, but when I was done the elevator to get me to the next area wasn't working. I had to restart the area and do the trial again.

Got same problem

Presently am having the same issue on my level 40 witchhunter -

GGG, please idiot-proof this and either tell players how to "Proceed to the Next Room" (verbiage now in-game under orange-bolded "Trialmaster's Challenge"), or add an obvious other elevator to proceed to next room. For me, neither the world map nor anything else shows me how to proceed, without re-starting the trial.

follow-up:

Upon restarting zone and entering trial, the second round (2/10) spawned; so, all's well on this play-through, though my prior post still stands.
