Softlocked Ultimatum trial

1 mob stood still near wall (from what it looked he was also standing a little bit elevated from ground on like a rock or something)and was immune to damage (not targetable and aoe spells did no damage), couldn't proceed the trial because of it, i guess you need to kill all mobs for elevator to come down or lever being usable.

Same thing happened to me a couple times, added screenshot for location in the third room of the trial

this is happening to me every time before the third room without fail. idk how anyone has managed to complete the trial.

Same error. I tried to do it again but same issue. Cannot progress.
