Queen of Filth can body block you near the pool and you become almost immune to damage

It's almost a bug report at this point, but the Queen of Filth in ACT 3 can roll and make you stuck near the pool, basically disabling your movement. She can pretty much not damage you.
Also, the arena is too small for the huge explosion on the floor, try decreasing the size by 20%
