Support gems do not appear to be working

I play a Mercenary, and I don't think Envenom and Lightning Infusion are working. The enemy's health does not turn green like it does for me when I am poisoned. I don't see any graphic changes to show that I am applying Lightning damage either.

Seems to be the same for the support gem Glaciation. when looking at the skills stats they don't update.

i also noticed support gems have a Cost Multiplier, don't seem to effect the skill stats when hovering over them at all regardless of how many you add on.


Glad i wasn't the only one who noticed these things

Playing a witch, I put envenom and corrosion on frost bolt to use as armor break and freeze secondary skill. I've never seen it apply poison. I assumed that I was just misunderstanding how envenom worked.
