Skill tree too big, too many travel nodes, not enough "Ooomph" and hype nodes

Seriously please adjust the tree. Overall there are just too many nodes, and most of them suck. At least, this is the case for Monk. There are way too many travel nodes and not enough pieces of cake, too many crumbs.

a big passive tree is not the problem. The problem is the travel nodes being too far to do anything. Feels like the paragon board.
Yes exactly. There aren't enough good nodes compared to the random trash on the tree and the over abundance of travel nodes.

It takes a lot of "dead" nodes to travel from cluster to cluster, if you are stuck progressing trying to get a few levels but are stuck on a travel path then you are just SOL. Nothing gives you power. Previously they gave Melee damage, Spell damage, Projectile damage per Str, Int, Dex, why take it away?

What gets me with the tree's are they feel like they split it up front but I have yet to find myself even contemplating going down anything but the "give me more damage" side of the tree.

Even as I am sure some more survivability is needed, it's not going to make up for the loss of DPS. So every single tree is essentially "A middle ground of nodes you will need" fronted by 2 paths, only one of which is useful.

Lackluster. Minimal actual choice. The complex tree gives the illusion of choice, but there really isnt any given the current tuning of the game.
I'm done buying anything until we get some clarity on the future of POE1 and POE2 and I know GGG plans to spend effort on a game I want to play.

Tell us if POE1 still has your top tier support or if POE2 will get a mode for more casual play.
