Ancient Vows - Sun Clan Relic can't be put in

I already have the Kabala Clan Relic inserted. The slots only show up when I am hovering over the medallion, but when I pick up the relic to insert it, it no longer shows up. I picked up these relics while in a party. I tried inserting while in the party and without a party. Thanks!
