Issues about points and character migration.

I first bought a 30 dollars points pack for POE2, when I linked my EPIC account to my POE official website account, it automatically generated a "new account" for me, and in this account, the point shows zero. I just want to play POE2, could you tell me how to use the 300 points in POE2? Thank you for your help! Or could you just transfer my character in LelouchLan#0979 to LelouchLan#0609? I don't need a new sub-account. Thank you.
