POE2 Early Access I have a Steam key and a GGG key and neither works

I have a Steam key, downloaded the game, and it says I do not have early access
"Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Redeem an Early Access key on our website or purchase access now." So I bought the $30 package and now have a POE2 key, yet the POE website says it is not redeemable. "Key is not applicable to your account" Help! Last bumped on Dec 7, 2024, 6:37:45 PM

I did buy early access at the website and got the Key from the website. Then I tried to redeem the key from the website and got the "Key is not applicable to your account" error. |

Re-reading it again, the Steam Key only gave me client access not Early Access.
But the purchase at the website should have given me early access. |

I’m having the exact same issue. I have reached out to support, via email. We’ll see what they say.

Solved it, my Steam Account had become unlinked to my POE account. Linked them and fixed it.

Yeah, same issue here. I purchased from the website, installed via Epic Games launcher because at the time there were no Steam keys available it said, and it needed to send me an email to link my accounts. Wouldnt work, so i uninstalled and tried it through steam, it wouldnt recognize that i have an early access pass either. Super frustrating.
