Ice Strike with Crescendo gives multiple Final Strikes

In combat i sometimes notice my Monk doing 3-5 Final Strike hits with Ice Strike

It does. If you switch target during final strike, then it repeats independently.

This also pretty consistently happens for me. It does not seem to happen if the skill is used without targeting something.
