can't access game

Hi,

I was enjoying the game as usual. went back to clear local bosses on the hunting grounds and then went to the fields to access the next city...

Unfortunately, when i reached the gate and tried to access the city, the game crashed...

i thought it was an other regular crash like those i kept having while playing, they were not so bad since i could simply reconnect and start from where it crashed without issues...

But this crash seams permanent... i cannot access the game anymore, at least, not with my actual character. each time i try to do so, the game crashes.

i haven't tried to use an other character, but i may try that if the problem isn't fixed soon... i'll go back on this character once the issue is fixed...

I have the same problem since yday, cant log into the game after i pick my char and press play game just die..
