Cannot Enter Aggorat (Alva missing)

I died in time traveled utzaal and respawned at a checkpoint I had not found yet, all around me was fog or war. (It was in front one of the doors where the idols are.) Alva was not with me anymore. I moved on and found the path to to Aggorat and got the quest to enter, but there is no doorway/portal to click.

Town portal out and back in did not solve it. Back to character selection and back in did not solve it.

Afterwards I went back and tried to find alva where I died, then found the viper encounter where Alva is taken (didnt know this existed before). After the fight Alva was there according to the map, but was not actually there.

Now I went back to the way to aggorat and this time the door is there and I can proceed.
