Raging Spirits Not Showing Up.

So this gem doesn't show up when I use an "Uncut Skill Gem" for some reason.
My character is currently Level 21, Witch and should supposedly have access to it with this process. Since it's a Tier 4 according to this website https://poe2db.tw/Raging_Spirits , that I assume getting there information directly from GGG. I even went back and farmed a Tier 4 "Uncut Skill Gem" and when it dropped and I used it, it never showed up. Also I've tried with the Steam client AND the standalone client, no difference, same deal.

Windows 11 and Steam mainly is what I started with and later the Standalone client.

Let me know if there's something else that you want me to try.

Is it really that rare thought? figured it should have dropped by now. I'm Level 27 and yes all my other persistant minions need to preserve spirit to remain active. Maybe the drops are bugged or just set low, hopefully it will get more common or it will drop eventually. It feels kinda bad at the moment, since if I would have seen RS and used it my damage would probably been atleast 50% more, which is quite significant especially while leveling, so this definatly turned me off from playing right now else I would be alot higher level for sure. Thanks for your input.

you got one from the king of the mists when you killed him and used the skull that gave you +30 more spirit. if you already used it on some other skill, then you have to hope for one to drop or wait until I think it is act3 where u get another skull. i have had 2 drop for me so far in act 2
(king of the mists is the last boss of the area that introduces Ritual Altars)

Okey, I think I should have seen it then and remembered that if so, since it was so recently. Well I guess I'll just keep playing and keep looking for it.

Okey, so as an update. I finally dropped it and equipped it and now gameplay and speed is like night and day much more fun as a result. So yes it's just rare maybe a bit to rare. Thanks again.
