Lightning Quarterstaff with Tempest Flurry not proccing Combo points

When I assign Tempest Flurry to only be used with my Gloom Roar Crackling Quarterstaff (pure lightning damage) it does not proc Combo points for Tempest Bell. If I assign Tempest Flurry to my Phys Quarterstaff combo points build just fine.

Nevermind, I misread the tooltip. You can only generate combo points with the weapon that the combo point spender is assigned to.
