Path of Exile 2 needs raise spectres to be 10/10 and weapon dicersity

I'm in love with everything they've done. I'm not sure if you all agree. Finally all these skills require actual skill to play, and its godly. I love literally everything except:

1. Where is Raise Spectres? Too many good enemy types to not have on my team. This is the single skill that seperates POE from all other ARPGs. Drop Raise spectres. Then release the game.

2. I was able to run a dual-wield sword in POE1. In POE2, going from the witch down to duelist skills doesnt seem possible. You would be too weak. Im afraid this will lead to lack of diverse build options.

Please be kind. This is my first post. I loved POE1 so much, that I had to make an account in hopes the devs don't forget raise spectres. That skill is a madsive labor of love, and would be literal god sauce in POE2. These enemies look incredible, and with all the summons we now have. I can truly build the army ive always wanted with this lone skill.

Does anyone else agree?
They wrote that Bind Spectre is not in yet due to some issues they had. My guess is that the different monsters cause some balance problems they have to resolve.

Thats awesome, so it sounds like they will be adding raise spectre. That skill alone is such a masterstroke of creativity that it single-handedly made me a PoE fan. Except upon playing several builds it just feels as though there arent enough unique skills like that. PoE 2 is about damagae and comboing. Except it feels better to combo unique skills rather than elemental ones.
