Witch - summoner - minions - too weak

I kinda like the difficulty, like the challenge.
A1 was fine, it was good.

A2 is nightmare.
Every boss one shots the minions .. the minions are often bugged outside boss zone and many more.

But bosses on level 20 have like 15-30 000 hp ..
My minions have over 1 000 hp .. only frost mage has 800 hp.
They die from shot ..

Talked to people on forum about it .. many switched to using other skill and left minions because of the same issue ..

Minions will spawn, do like 300 damage, die ..

There are ways to make them bit better, but rng is not helpful for that ..
I found videos on youtube about bosses where i have to fight them like 50-100 times before i kill them since the minions are so bad .. they can manage it but its bit weird when the strategy is to run around, dodge and wait for minions to spawn ..

I also noticed that if one minions dies, the respawn starts, but if another minions dies at 0:01 second left before spawn, the timer is reset and all minions spawn at the same time ..

just noticed the same.
Minions feel ridiculous at the moment. Passive skills feel like they improve nothing.
The mechanic with needing to summon zombies from corpses just sucks. at boss fights they get 1 or 2 shot and then you are not able to summon more bcs there are no corpses around. Even if there is a workarounf later on with like Desecrate, it makes playing minion builds as league start just unbearable. it took me like 15 tries to get Dog Boy down at lvl 20, btw the tiny delay after dogeroll makes things not easier.

Minions are useless, I was killing bosses with unlinked ED Contagion cause my minions were reviving and getting one-shot almost instantly. I took the life nodes at first, re-specced faster minion revive later - it didn't help. They are paper, a white mob looks at them and they lose 50% HP.

I re-rolled cold sorc and so far it's much better both defensively and offensively.
Yeah there is no support for them .. there is one that gives 50% more hp, but 35% less damage .. so they survive, but do no damage.
Noticed that all other supports are more or less the same .. minus attack speed, minus damage, minus element .. everything to make it worse.

Not to mention, YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED to leave combat .. even if there is a the smallest and weakest rat in the whole galaxy, if you move away from your minions, they will die because they are in combat.
Or if they just got stucked, they dont follow you and they just die for no reason.

That basically locks you out of using this build and you have to change for something you kinda dont want to and takes away the fun

A big problem with a lot of games with minions is the devs forget about scaling. I think ideally, the pets need to scale with the master's improving stats and gear in some way as well as there being an inevitable difficulty mode multiplier as well. The issue usually is pets scale linearly while the player and game enemies multiply in power.

Minions felt powerful for a few levels, then became worthless. So pretty much the same experience as everyone else.

They need to take significantly less aoe damage and need more access early to corpses to make some of these skills still work in boss fights (or not require corpses).

Putting the witch away in act 2 now until they tweak some things.
