[RESOLVED] Can't do any purchase with my points.

When I browse the in-game shop or the POE2 website (or even POE1 for that matter) and I want to purchase, let's say, currency tabs, I'm always redirected to "Buy more Points" page....
I can confirm that I have points already and enough to purchase more than that.
I can see my balance next to my profile but I cannot purchase anything with it (and my balance is not showing in POE2, only in POE1 and the Website).
And again, I did try to purchase them through POE1, POE2, and their respective websites to no avail.

Is it bugged ? Is it a known issue ?

I still have this same problem, cannot buy anything with the coins i got form poe2 supporter pack
