Witch Ascendancies are a punch in the gut to minion builds

I have been a minion player in PoE since the day I started playing, and in every other game where it gives me that chance. I see the issues other players have with minions, and I understand and agree with them, but I'm willing to look past that as I'm sure they'll get some much needed buffs. What I have serious beef with is the Ascendancy options for Witch. They are straight up a slap in the face. At character select, and even in the trailer for the class, the Witch is described as a class that focuses on Minions and Chaos damage. Your two Ascendancy options are Bloodmage, which gets stuff life sacrificing life for damage, and some other caster based stuff, which would work for the chaos part of the class, but gets absolutely no minion stuff. Fine. Not every ascendancy needs to apply to all aspects of the class. Or your other option, Infernalist. Which is fire based (weird choice for a chaos damage/minion class, but whatever) that is mostly focused on buffing you with a few minor things that would affect minions thrown in, almost like an afterthought. The Hellhound is great, the other 3 things (allies near you get 20% of damage as fire damage if you're at high infernal flame, while not on low infernal flame allies contribute to ignite chance and magnitude, and reserving 25% of life but giving 1 spirit per 25 max life) are barely related to minions at all. I understand that there is a third Ascendancy coming for the class, which very well could be minion related. But not having it be one of the two starting Ascendancies for the MINION BASED CLASS is such a slap in the face to people like myself who enjoy playing minions. I realize this is just a giant rant at this point, and to be honest, I do extremely enjoy PoE 2 and the way it plays. I was so looking forward to playing a Minion build with all the Minion related changes they showed off. And then I get to the Ascendancies and feel like the Devs told me to go F myself. I really hope something gets changed, or at the very least we get confirmation that the third Witch ascendancy is pure minion related. Like I said, I am very much enjoying the game, but I guess I'm benching my preferred build until changes are made.
