Locked out of Character (PoE2 EA)

Hi there,

I've just got off the back of playing almost 24 hours since launch yesterday and created a new instance of Jungle Ruins from town in Act 3 and immediately received a popup saying "buffer underflow", now when I click play on that character I receive the same message followed by a crash to desktop. I have tried creating a new character and that works fine, and done a full reinstall, so it appears to be an issue with that specific character stuck in limbo, has anyone encountered this before or know of a possible fix?

I think this is happening to a lot of people. I got gm muted for an hour and had a forced name change. Now my character is stuck in limbo, can't load in due to an error since then.
