refund or change secondary login

i've acitve the early access to poe2 with the wrong account by mistake. now i cannot login the game. i want to refund and i register a new account to make sure i will not pay twice.Or i can accept you guys help me change the binding steam account.thank you! i sent the email to support.

Nope, keep getting 1 reply asking for "more info", then silence. Anyone actually got a refund? I can't even login and they are not giving me my money back
