Quad Premium Stash Tab Upgrade

It would be nice if there was a way to cheap way to upgrade Premium Stash Tabs to a Premium Quad Stash Tab. I purchased multiple Premiums when they were on sale over the years and I wish I could convert them over to a Quad now that there are a lot of other specialized stash tabs.
