Rampart Raptor, Tense Crossbow‌

The crossbow has a bug.
When ever you swap skills, you have to spam fire because it does not work from the first try. It starts to fire after 4/5 uses of any skill.

After further investigations, It seems that reload speed is not affected by stats.
The animation reloads faster but you can t actually attack/use the skill faster.

might not be the place to ask, but where does it drops?

I got it in A1 at one of the bosses... don t remember the exact one

The cross bow isnt actually bugged, If you read its buffs it has a debuff that gives 30% reduced reload speed.

If you use skills like galvanic shards that have high reload time, The reload will take way longer. Essentially its an item you can only use if you've reached the instant reload passive skill on the tree.

I've tried it firsthand and it worked flawlessly, Th items actually extremely op. Dont discard it, Just reach the instant reload passive skill. Also look for attack speed, since it increases reload speed aswell.

It essentially feels like, It's bugged and not shooting but if you pay close attention to your character, you'll see they're still in the middle of their reload animation. Essentially, Once you reload- You wont consume any ammo for 4 seconds. This is extremely op on galvanic or high velocity. Just need higher reload speed.

No ,its most definitely bugged, as OP stated. after swapping ammo it will not fire for a good few seconds, in this state its as good as useless.
