game crashing/ pc freezing - poe 2

game crashes/ pc freezes any time even if i start game, or just kill monster idk. after few of crashes it resets settings to base - high.

Computer specs: 7800x3d, 4070super inno3d supertwin 12gb, corsair 32gb 5600Mhz CL36 Vengeance.

Game Settings: it can freeze pc before i even login. any settings

i play on cap 60 fps, so overheat isnt issue

okay unlocked fps and what the fuck, cpu/gpu hits nearly 85 celsius, gpu hotspot goes to 107 degrees... . whaaat... compare cp2077 on everything max 4k is 70c max
