Rathbreaker loot drop despawn

I died after killing Rathbreaker to all the hyena demons that swarm you and his drops DESPAWNED after I rezzed at checkpoint :( I wanted that Regal!

This happens in general with all side and main bosses.
i.e. if you die first and boss then dies after you from other damage sources.
This is bad imo. The game should reward you for winning and not punish you.

Not only can you loose all your boss drop loot, but also in the worst case get the "die together with the boss" bug where the game won't register quest progress, while at the same time preventing the boss from respawning.

You won't even be able to find a party for that section of the game, basically screwing you completely.

Wish they'd let the hyenas despawn/run away once the boss is defeated or atleast (hopefully soon) fix that gamebreaking bug.

It's terrible that his happens, but at least in this case there's not like a good scripted drop of something uniquely build changing like passive points or the like
