Help got softlocked in act 2 in poe 2

Got dc'd during the The trail of Corruption quest in poe 2 where you need to blow the horn. now i can't blow the horn again or progress the quest.

so how this happened? i was in the middle of the horn blowing animation and got dc'd.

i tried to drop the q item and claim it again but still can't progress. does anyone have any ideas what i should try or is my char just bricked?

also the yellow beam shows up in the caravan but the text "sound the horn" is missing from the yellow beam where i should click it.

same problem.
