Ekbab, the ancient steed - The Bone Pits - Didn't spawn

I cleared the whole map and didn't encounter him. There's an area with a checkpoint, lots of flies, and people that seems like his boss arena but there isn't anything there to fight.

I have the same issue on PS5, no spawn…

It didn't spawn/count either on PC (Dawn of the Hunt league), on map roll with:

enterance North and map boss South of enterance

Ancient Vows (Find a use for the Relics), The Trial of Corruption (Retrace ... Vastiri), A Theft of Ivory (Return to ... talk to Zarka), A Crown of Stone (Use the Desert Map ... of the Titans), and Ascendancy trial done
It didn't spawn/count either on map roll with:

enterance West, and boss location East
Update: only after turning in quest A Theft of Ivory (Return to ... talk to Zarka), the marker changed to "completed". I thought it was a unique/rare, but it's just the final area boss. Last edited by kimdotkevin#2553 on Apr 22, 2025, 9:03:39 AM
