"Free" cursors in Cursor pack

Hi, i found that when you click Cursor pack in micro transaction section (M) it's possible to buy cursors one by one for 0 coins.

Microtransaction -> Shop -> Account Features -> Cursor pack

I don't know if it works or its only visual bug but seems like its price bypass.
