The Mad Wolf of Ogham loot lost

I killed the mad wolf boss but also died in the last attack, i was waiting on the death screen while the dialog was running and once it finished the wolf dropped it's loot, even got a unique wand.

After the loot dropped i revived at checkpoint and went down the elevator again only to find there is no loot on the floor anymore. It was lost

Another victim of lost items reporting in. It happend to me like described in the first post.

No loot and I still have the quest as active and no way to complete it. I've gone back and forth until I've just given up - redone the quest with others a few times but still active.

I'm in Act 2 now but the quest is still active and I'm not sure if I didn't get anything important that I need.

Yep same here! absolute rubbish after all that effort
