Chimera pet

I bought 2 Gift Twitch subscriptions a few minute ago. After that I claimed Chimera pet in “Inventory” page. I didn’t received it in game and I try re-login account several times still nothing. When I claimed regular drop they came into the game immediately, start worrying about Chimera pet because it still hasn't arrived. I hope this gets fixed soon. This is so annoying.

Same here, Ive checked the microtransactions under my PoE account, and it only captures the two view-time based rewards.

It has been two hours since I claimed the pet on twitch and it hasnt arrived in game nor has been reflected on the transactions page.

I didnt get either pet or those other drops

I also didnt recieve any of the drops. Still dont have the 300 coins either..... sent an email...

Same, can't find the Chimera Pet on my acct.

i gave two subs on twitch and got a notification on my twitch app that Ive done what i need to to receive the chimera pet and to check my poe2 inventory, and it isn't there.

Same here... didnt grt my 2 sub pet and twitch viewing flask and helm effect.

Hopefully they fix it soon

okay so after anxiously clicking through all the options and tabs and drop down menus, i noticed the blue "switch account" link near the top left area of the POE2 website. and after switching to the appropriate account, the Chimera pet became click-able and available to the game.

I hope this helps anyone else having an issue!!!

So I had the same issue, I had received and claimed my drops from Twitch, but It didn't show in my PoE2 game. After clicking through lots of different tabs and verifying that my linked account was accurate; I finally resolved the issue. I went to the PoE2 website, logged in, moused over the Home button, clicked on My Account, clicked on Manage Account on the right, scrolled down, clicked on View Rewards under Twitch Rewards, and then when I went back to my Poe2 game and clicked "K" (or you can access it by just going to the microtransactions shop and then cosmetics) they all showed up. I hope this helps someone, because I couldn't find any information on it.
