自キャラの言葉だけが英語表示される

The dialogue of my character in the chat window is displayed in English,
but the dialogue of NPCs and other characters is properly displayed in Japanese.

When watching YouTube, I noticed that the dialogue of their characters is displayed correctly in Japanese,
but I don’t understand why it doesn’t display properly in my environment.
I have already contacted support via email.

私の環境では表示されないのは何故かわからない。
