Alt Tab causes game to lock at 40-50 fps

As per title, alt tabbing again doesn't fix the issue. Restarting the game helps until the first new alt tab.

Also permanently capped at 48 fps here. Changed every setting imaginable, all latest drivers, no difference. GPU utlisation is quite high at 90%+ but CPU seems bugged at 5-10%. 7800x3d + 3080.

yep same here messed with all my settings im on an RTX 3070 capped at 20-30 fps gpu 90%+ setting priority in game files doesnt help, restarting pc doesnt help, pretty much nothing helps this issue

For anyone reading, switching to DX11 (deprecated) seems to fix the issue for now but would prefer running DX12 for the supposed higher stability eventually.

the game still freezes for me when using Alt-Tab, but I don't see any frame rate locking. It happens when using both DX12 and Vulkan.
