Click to Move feels so bad due to there is no ''Attack without moving''

Walking in the area, coming across some monsters and you already clicked inside them, you start attacking and character keeps moving inside them while attacking. Please GGG add attack only option on skills like in Poe1

Edit: i am talking about ''force stand while using this skill'' in poe1 for each skill

There is a forced attack keybind

Each skill gem can be configured to "Always Attack Without Moving". Hit the little > next to the DPS.

Hit G then click on the Arrow (>) next to the DPS to open the info panel for the skill. Then its at the bottom, radio button. There are also options for weapon set assignment there also.

I was about to quit PoE2. Cant use WASD, 25+yrs of gaming without using it due to medical conditions. Contorller hurts again cos of MedCon...

Thanks for the info but i just tried it and character still doesnt stop and keeps moving towards last place i clicked while attackking. I think that option is more like for melee? i dont know. again i am a spellcaster playing sorceress

There is a setting in the options, I think in the "game" tab, that makes the attack-without-moving key stop you... (default shift) THis will make that "continue to the point you clicked" thing stop if you hold shift and attack.

I'm not at my gaming PC, so I can't be more detailed than that, but it's in there.
