Engraving skill gem lag

Every skill gem I've attempted to engrave has lagged. I have to wait a while after selecting the skill I want before I click engrave or it just deselects the skill I selected.

This doesn't seem to happen at all with support gems so thinking it might be the preview videos?

I seem to be the only one having this happen in my group of friends but you're correct, it's the preview videos causing it. When engraving or upgrading once you click on an ability if you just move your cursor back and forth over it it'll continue to freeze everything over and over.

I renamed my SkillTutorials folder to SkillTutorials.bak and then added a new folder with nothing in it and named it SkillTutorials and now there just is no video but the stutter doesn't happen anymore.
