Act 1 transfer to Act 2 breaking from stronghold

So I beat Act 1 and instead of instantly talking to the hidden one to go to act 2. I noticed the Stronghold button on the map and went there (King of the Faridun Supporter Pack one) and then saw and talked to the Hooded one about act 2 there.

Nothing happened till I ported back to the start village and a cutscene for act 2 played, but it just took me to the start village.

Now I can't get to act 2 at all, I can see the act 2 map, but I can't do anything with it.

I have also received this bug and cannot go to the next area as well. 100% locked out of Act 2.

I helped someone with act 1 and now i can´t go back to act 2
