Ominous Altars Quest - Quest Target/Trigger Event Despawn

Potential bug in Freythorn quest:

I ran into an issue when trying to reach one of the altars in Freythorn. I killed the mobs but the black mist surrounding the altar did not clear and the quest softlocked. I am trying to see if letting the map reset will fix it in the meantime.

this altar is 4th, if u can't access it - you haven't cleared the rest 3.
just need to be thorough on this map. gl |
