Cant connect my Account with an E-Mail Adress

ive bought the key and already had an steam link to PoE 1 but now i wanted to link my email adress, so i can play on the stand alone version, but i dont get the verification email. does anybody have the same issue? :c Last bumped on Dec 7, 2024, 3:32:28 AM

Similar issue but through Epic Game Launcher. I was able to pre-order, pre-download, but cannot get past email authentication to link my account. Help! Thank you

Same here. I redownloaded and reinstalled the game via the standalone client and in the few hours of waiting, email verification is still not up.
Hopefully this is fixed soon. |

hey there!
the issue, i cannot log into EA is: The system can't connect to the EPIC (or STEAM) installation automatically with the right Accountname i estimate. I tried to create new Account to login. Now i got the new created account bridgR#3486, whereas bridgR#1262 is the original one, that has purchased the supporter pack. And with my 30+ characters on it!^^ There has to be a way to reset - and to delete the newly created Account, right? has the issue been resolved ? i dont see any emails until now, ive been waiting for 5 hours

It seems like it's all the different type of e-mails it could send out. Still getting no verification link emails and what's more annoying is I think it's e-mails across the board. I tried a password change one and got nothing.

My account was locked upon first login to POE2. I am not getting emails either. I tried to do a PW reset to hopefully circumvent the issue, but did not get the email for that until an hour or so after I requested it. I have reset my PW and it did nothing to fix the locked issue, still not receiving emails to verify my account. Extremely frustrating.
