Mouse Keybinds Not Working

Currently the game is not registering my MMO mouse button inputs. It recognizes clicks and mouse wheel but can't use the side buttons for flasks/skill usage. They are keybound in my mouse settings as "Keystroke 1" "Keystroke 2" etc. but the game isn't registering them.

Glad to know I am not the only one having this issue. I did the same thing and made a special profile for this. Via the Razer App. They work as attended outside of the game. In game they do not work at all. QERFT keys on the mouse when I hit it. Register in game as CTRL and not the attended letter key. Other keys just type in my mouse input number. Like if i hit the side button #7 that I had remapped to "I" For inventory. In game it treats it as a if i am I am hitting 7 key. vs the "I" for inventory. Also noted that it changes my mouses gaming profile even if my Razer App is not open.
