Flash Grenade: Wrong Effect or Description

Flash Grenade specifies that it can "Blind both Allies and Enemies". Allies explicitly list that "You do not count as your own Ally". Flash Grenade does not specify that it can also blind you, yet you get blinded by your own Flash Grenade. The skill either needs to specify it can blind Allies, Enemies, and Yourself or the skill needs to avoid blinding you.

I can confirm this. One small addition: It seems to only blind yourself and not even allies. I tried this multiple times in a group and it never affected other players.
