PoE 2 - Akt 2 - Boss bugged out

Rathbreaker in Vastiri Outskirts buggs out, if you run down the ramp and he charges after you. idk if the bug happens in general if he leaves his platform or if its related to his charge but thats what he did. now he doesnt do anything and regens permanently as if he is stuck in reseting.

Can confirm. Have same issue. Can't progress forward and can't reset.
To repro bug : Go to boss under the cliff than backout. Boss bugged. My boi tried the same and got the same result. |

This same bug happened to me. If you are still stuck, dying to the wolves underneath the boss reset the fight properly for me.
