Early Access Coins Missing

I am playing on ps5 and it seems I do not have the 300 coins/points from the early access. Do i have to activate them somehow or this something i should contact support?

I am having the same issues as well. Mine do not show.

Same for me im on PC and bought on Steam, i can play but a missing the 300 coins from the supporter pack.

Same here as well. 0 coins since day 1 of early access.
It's bad that they never announce anything about it.
If it takes sometime for them to deliver its fine, just let us know about it.

I've tried to contact them through email but their mail server is full.
