People joining private party

Gaming partner and I were taking a short break to snack and four unknown people joined our party. The party was set to private and when the party leader tried to kick them it gave an error you are not in this party. When either of us tried to leave the party to create a new one without the randoms it gave the same error, you are not in this party. We both had to completely exit to desktop and while it still told me I was in this party he was not and was able to invite me to a new party. General, helpful as always, said my partner invited them but we are in the same room so I could see that he was clearly eating and neither of us were touching our computers.

same issue, game would freeze up between loading into different zones when this happens and happens within a few minutes. For me, playing in a party is impossible until this is fixed.
