Doesn't receive unlock email

i have try several time to resend the unlock code to my email but nothing happended. Can some one from G.G.G help me get this done, i really want to play poe 2 and i am stuck.

I have the same issue. I can log in to the website just fine (obviously, since I am posting), but I cannot log into the game without being emailed the code.

Have multiple friends I got extra keys for and they can’t get confirmation email. Not a good first impression

i doubt that sever is down so i just check ziz stream and its not but no unlock code send to my email at all. really start changing my mind and want to have a full refund of the game.
