Bought EA Pack, But Still Have No Early Access

Had to refund my steam pack to move the currency to the right account. Bought a pack on the web store this morning and 9 hours later I still don't have access on my account shown on the account page.

Logged in on the standalone client and it tells me the same thing; that I don't have early access. Lovely.

SOLUTION: it was our own stupidity THE KEY IS IN YOUR ACCOUNT!

Go to:

HOME > MY ACCOUNT > on the sidebar bottom right click
PATH OF EXILE 2 EARLY ACCESS


in ther are your KEYS! also the Steam activation Key or any other platform of your Choice!!!

Players who have purchased an Early Access key and are still experiencing access issues may need to look into their Connections Page to ensure everything is correctly linked.

If you log into your account on our website via Steam, you may need to link an Email address to your account. If you are waiting to receive an email code from us to link your email with your account, the team is aware of the delays associated with these emails and are working hard to get them out to you as soon as possible.

If you log into your account on our website via Email and Password, and you have purchased PoE2 through Steam, you may need to make sure the correct Steam account is linked on your Connections page.

Once you have successfully linked your Email and Steam/Epic Games if necessary, navigate to the Early Access Page of your account and make sure it confirms your Path of Exile account has got Early Access. If this has been successful, it should say "Your account is eligible for Path of Exile 2 Early Access Thank you for your (or your benevolent friend's) support!"

If you are still running into issues after trying the above steps, or if you have already linked an incorrect email address or steam account, you will have to contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this for you. I have an email based account merged with my (only) steam account at the moment.

I refunded a pack on steam (which was originally giving me access correctly on both merged accounts) before I bought my pack (from the web store) while logged in on my steam account and have received the 300 coins correctly on it.

Since then, I activated the steam key from the PoE 2 early access page, but apart form that there's been no change in my status there.

I tried to login using the standalone client yesterday and this morning using my email/pw and get told I have no access, as the website also says.

I'm currently downloading the steam client to try using that with my merged steam login, but I'm not expecting much.
