Path of Exile 2 - Steam Key Activation

I got a key from a friend, I tried to redeem it on Steam, it did not work, I made on account on PoE website, linked my account to steam and redeemed the key here on website, the key was redeemed but I am unable to download the game nor is Steam carrying this whole process. Steam is as if nothing has changed.

We are aware of the issues regarding Steam keys not being claimable at the moment and are working to get this resolved as soon as we can. We recommend that you continue to check your Early Access page periodically to see if the Steam client key has been added back. As a temporary measure, players who have been unable to claim Steam client keys still have the option to Download the Standalone client until this is resolved.
